The city of Edmonton is rolling out the new 'You're better off an alcoholic' campaign. Educational and informative plaques throughout the parks and river valley are being replaced with liqour store flyers. Updated weekly. This is being done to curb learning and to encourage Edmontonians to cope in the unhealthiest manner possible.
Advisors to the city say: "Why think, when you can drink?"
This new campaign is expected to run for the rest of eternity and is predicted to deliver substantial scarring to the mental health of Edmontonians.
Sally, a long time park drinker had this to say about the new campaign:
"ISss rrallie gooed to cee dat der listen to wat wee nneeed n Edmintin."
